Some of us are born into a family of them. We may have had the great fortune of parents and elders on our team who have actively set us up for success from an early age. Some may be lucky enough to also have teachers and community leaders who offer advice and connect us with others and lend a hand as we build our careers.
Regardless of what advantages we may (or may not) have experienced in the past, we all benefit from reaching out to diverse and broad audiences to learn lessons lived by others.
This guidebook provides the where, who, how, when and what of building and maintaining mentor relationships.
